After click on 'view / pay bill' on the page that opens the new page.Consumer type is LT consumer for all.Put your customer number in place of 'Consumer No' and select your 'billing unit' in place of BU. Then make sure you have Enter 'Captcha' and click on 'Submit'. Then your light bill will appear below. Make sure it is correct and click on Make Payment.See the photo below for reference.

Then click on the Online Billing Portal.Then select either the Credit Card or Debit Card and fill your card number and other information.After click on Submit then you got the OTP on the mobile and submit that OTP on website and click on OK.Wait until processing after processing, your bill will be paid.After bill pay you got SMS bill paid successfully.

To pay MSEB bill on mobile- 

Open your mobile browser and go to google enter in google search 'Mahadiscom' after that you can see 'Maharashtra state Electrical Distribution company' click that after that open MSEB website.After go to your browser settings and click on Request Desktop site.Do same process show all above.If you have any difficulty comment below you solve as early as possible.
